Cleaning Retainer

The cleaning retainer is a refundable deposit that we collect and is automatically added to your cart when you visit Poppy Gowns. Please do not remove from your cart, if it is removed, we will reach out to you directly to purchase and to confirm your rental.

When the dress is returned and in clean and undamaged condition, this fee will be refunded in full. However, if the dress is returned dirty and/or damaged, the cleaning and/or repair costs will be deducted from this retainer. Please note that this may not cover the entire cleaning and/or repair fee depending on the condition of the dress returned. You are welcome to update from basic cleaning to dry cleaning to ensure most cleaning costs will be covered.
